Jackie Welch Certified Coach, Facilitator and Trainer has received her credentials from Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Jackie is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has also completed her required studies in Learning & Development in the area of Instructional Design and Delivery. Jackie is known for her unique ability to connect with her audience through personal stories, creating impact, helping others get unstuck, identify their strengths, potential gaps, and turn their FEARS into Action. She is President of Tiro Life Coaching, LLC specializing in Talent Development in the following areas: Leadership Coaching, Organizational Workshops, Staff Assessment Tools for Hiring Onboarding / Succession Planning.

Jackie’s diverse Leadership background, with 28 years of corporate experience, allows her to transfer knowledge and teachable moments with audiences as a Workshop Facilitator, Guest Speaker on Topics such as Career, Public Speaking, Time Management, Goal Setting, Networking, Leadership etc.
