Jackie Welch is a Certified Coach, Facilitator and Training receiving her credentials from CTI (Coaches Training Institute) Jackie is also a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation.) and has also completed her required studies in Learning & Development in the area of Instructional Design and Delivery. Jackie is known for her unique ability to connect with her audience, thru personal stories, creating impact helping others get Unstuck identify their strengths, potential gaps, and turn their FEARS into Action. She is President of Tiro Life Coaching, LLC specializing in Talent Development in the following areas: Leadership Coaching, Organizational Workshops, staff Assessment Tools for Hiring Onboarding / Succession Planning.

Jackie’s diverse Leadership background, 28 years of corporate experience allows her to transfer knowledge and teachable moments with audiences as a Workshop Facilitator, Guest Speaker on Topics such as Career, Public Speaking, Time Management, Goal Setting, Networking, Leadership etc.

Jackie has a proven track record regarding Community Service and currently resides as a Board member for a Non-Profit organization in Fremont. In addition, she is also a 2014 Graduate of Leadership Fremont, and recently recognized by the California State PTA for her contributions. She is also a member of the Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Silicon Valley Black Chamber of Commerce, ABWA, (American Business Women Association) ATD (Association for Talent Development) Girl Scout Troop Leader and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Rho Delta Omega Chapter)
